A bit disappointing. I had requested an oil change and replacement of the rear windshield wiper blade. The wiper blade, unfortunately, was not replaced. Moreover, no one from the service department followed up to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. The good news: I returned the next day and the wiper blade was replaced promptly.

Came in for my first free oil change I purchased a 2025 high country Silverado. Had a great sales experience there. When I came in for my oil change my Advisor Jackie was there to greet me and walk me through the process until my oil change was done. I noticed she came out to where the customers are waiting and kept them updated quite often. Including myself. It’s nice to know the status of your vehicle without having to go ask about it. Also noticed I could watch my truck being serviced on the TV in the customer waiting area. That was a nice perk.

All service personnel were wonderful. My problem is that the receipt of service did not give me the checklist of services done. What exactly was checked? windshield fluid? etc. I came in because I received notice of poor tire inflation. Nothing was mentioned about service to the tires. I saw oil and oil filter and a random 99 other points. You should have a comprehensive list...check off the box kind. Thank you.
